FAQ
1. What types of training do you offer?
We provide both private sessions and group classes, tailored to each dog’s individual needs. Programs include puppy foundations, obedience, loose-lead walking, recall training, confidence building, and behaviour support.
2. How long have you been training dogs?
We’ve been operating since 2009 with many years of hands-on experience across a wide range of breeds and behaviours.
3. Do you tailor training to my dog?
Yes. Every dog learns differently, so we customise each program to suit your dog’s personality, age, behaviour, and your training goals.
4. What can I expect in a session?
Sessions run 60–90 minutes and include practical skills, handling techniques, confidence building, and real-world exposure. You’ll also receive guidance to continue training at home.
5. What methods do you use?
We use positive, reward-based training that focuses on building trust, confidence, and clear communication.
6. Where do your classes take place?
Classes are held in safe, public spaces to give dogs exposure to real-life environments. Private sessions can also be arranged in suitable locations.
7. How much do classes cost?
Pricing varies by program. Group courses and private sessions are set at fixed rates—contact us for the current fee schedule.
8. What if I miss a session?
Missed sessions can be made up in another group or with a private catch-up if available.
9. Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are provided once a course has begun, but we always do our best to help you complete the full program.
10. What do I need to bring to class?
A flat collar or harness, a standard lead, high-value treats, poo bags, water, and anything your dog may need to feel comfortable.
11. Can you help with behaviour issues?
